Buy Magic Mushroom Spore Syringe – Ecuador psilocybe cubensis Online
Ecuador 20cc magic mushroom spore syringes are sanitary and should be stored in the dark and refrigerated (2-8°C) to extend the shelf life of the cubensis spores. Ecuador Mushroom Spore Syringe
Contents
- 1x 20 ml Ecuador spore solution in a 20ml syringe
- 1x sterile needle
- 4x Alcohol prep/swap
How to use the Ecuador spore syringe
The Ecuador spore solution is retained within the syringe by a luer lock stopper on the needle end. With this luer lock stopper installed, the Ecuador spore syringe is easy to travel and store.
Make every effort to work as cleanly as possible. Wear a face mask, sterile gloves, and/or clean your hands. Hold the Ecuador spore syringe in front of you with the luer lock stopper facing up. Screw the luer lock stopper out by turning it counter-clockwise. Remove the needle from the sterilized container and screw it onto the Ecuador spore syringe. Shake the spore syringe vigorously for 10 seconds before removing the protective cap from the needle. Red Boy Cubensis Magic Mushroom spore syringe
There are various options for moving on from here:
Dropping the spore solution onto the substrate
After you’ve created your own substrate or cakes, you may inject the Ecuador spore solution straight onto them. Slowly press the plunger until drips of spore solution emerge from the needle. Every drop that comes into touch with the substrate will be a possible mycelium growth site, therefore distribute these droplets equally around the substrate to evenly populate it with mycelium.
How many cakes can you make with spore syringe?
One 20 cc/ml spore syringe can easily colonize 6 liters / 13 pints of substrate.
Injection through injection ports
This is almost identical as dropping the spore solution onto the substrate. Open the injection port by pulling back the port protection cap. To sanitize the injection port entrance, use an alco prep. With the needle, pierce the hole. Now, evenly distribute the spore solution across the substrate within the spawn bag or grow box. After injecting the Ecuador spore solution, remove the syringe and cover the injection port with the port protection cap.
Study spores and research using a microscope
From a scientific standpoint, all Psilocybe cubensis are the same. They do, however, vary somewhat in appearance and fruiting rate (phenotype). There are several distinct phenotypes of Psilocybe cubensis. These distinct cubensis are not subspecies, but rather strains. The Ecuador is a Psilocybe cubensis strain.
The phenotypic distinctions may be noticed with the naked eye, but the actual beauty is seen under the microscope. The spores’ beautiful world. Many of our clients are scientists or amateurs doing study on these distinctions in their own homes. Drop some of the Ecuador spore solution onto your microscope slide once it has been prepared. A microscope covering glass should be used to protect the specimen. A magnification of 1000x or higher is recommended for Psilocybe cubensis and Panaeolus cyanescens spore investigation.
Using liquid culture growth medium with the spore syringe
Add only a few ml (drops) of the Ecuador cubensis spores to a liquid culture growth media. 1-2 ml of spores are enough, but add a few drops more, just to make sure. We recommend using the Liquid Culture vails, but we’d love to hear your feedback on your results with your own liquid culture.
How to store a spore syringe
The Ecuador spore syringe should be stored refrigerated in a temperature between 2°C – 8°C or 35°F – 46°F. The shelf life of the spore syringe is at least 12 months after they leave our warehouse.
