In all honesty, I can’t tell a mental difference from using this stuff. That’s typical for when I take supplements, though. I like this product because it has a great mix of the types of mushrooms that support brain health – rishi, lion’s mane, shitaki, turkey tail, etc. So this covers the whole spectrum as far as I’m concerned. The capsules are very easy to swallow, and there’s really no taste at all, and the bottles come at a reasonable price. I’d say this – research the benefits of the various mushroom strains and if you want to try taking mushroom supplements, this is a good choice. Certainly I can’t think of a reason not to give these a try if you are interested in mushrooms.

It has been surprisingly difficult to find a supplement that satisfies these requirements:
1. Suitable for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians.
2. Contains the right amounts of Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Iodine and Zinc recommended for those on a largely plant-based diet.
3. Not too much Vitamin A.
4. Vitamin A in the form of Natural Beta Carotene.
5. Not too much Vitamin E.
6. Contains Vitamin K2.
7. No overly high amounts of any particular nutrient.
8. No iron because I am no longer menstruating
This product satisfies my checklist but I’m still looking for something that is less expensive.

Mushrooms just don’t get the accolades that are due them. They are very good for health and healing. I like these tabs..yes they a little large but overall I’m glad to be taking the variety that is in this bottle.

I purchased another bottle of the immune supper capsules, and normally put them in a weekly pill box. I noticed that after a day of not being in the bottle, the powered inside hardens up. The last time this happened, the bottle was expired, which is why I ordered a new one, but the new bottle I received wasn’t expired. I’m wondering what makes it that way and if it’s still ok to consume. I consumed it last time and felt nauseous. Hopefully this is something PS can provide more information on. I purchased all my vitamins through them.

No taste, no odor and has what I need. I contacted PS company regarding the change in color of contents of capsules which appears to be a concern to other customers and got an answer almost immediately and here it is:
“Due to the variations in the soil, the sort of the plant, the climate, the season it was harvested, etc., there is a difference in the taste, smell and color.. This variation is normal and happens with every new batch of multivitamins we make. We do not use dyes, scents, fillers or binders”
So feel confident that you didn’t get a batch of bad supplements.
