- Wash your hands

- Fill grow kit with?room temperature water (20C)

- Add a cup of water inside the bag (outside of the grow kit!)

- Leave your grow bag with grow kit inside at 20-25C temperature. Make sure that the grow kit is protected from direct sunlight and is not near a radiator/heat source.
- After you see the first small mushrooms showing up (pinheads) start opening the bag every day for a minute to let some fresh air in. You can also use a misting bottle to spray some water on the walls of the bag every day when you open the bag.
- Harvest all of the mushrooms every time you see the first mushroom opening-up
- When harvesting magic mushrooms, turn them gently without pulling; they should be easy to remove.
- Repeat steps 8-14 to grow a few more flushes like that.
